Mr. Greg Choi is a licensed attorney in New York State with extensive experience in tax matters in the United States. He has spent 24 years working at major global firms, including serving as a Partner at PwC’s New York and Los Angeles offices, and as Managing Director at EY’s Irvine office. Throughout his career with the Big 4 in the U.S., he has gained extensive practical experience in areas such as M&A tax, tax compliance and consulting, tax accounting, IRS response, international tax, and cross-border structuring.
Currently, as a Senior Advisor at Gaon Law Firm, he provides strategic advice on policy analysis related to U.S. tax systems and international tax trends, as well as cross-border structuring.
