Mr. Sehyun Kim started his career in Deloitte Anjin LLC as an accountant in 2004 and joined Sehan LLC’s Tax Group (currently, GAON LAW GROUP’s Tax Group) in 2015. Mr. Kim has provided tax advice and handled tax planning, tax audit, tax appeal, restructuring, etc. for domestic and overseas major companies, including Samsung Group (Samsung Electronics, Samsung Display, Samsung Life Insurance, Samsung Heavy Industries, Samsung Medison, Samsung Lions, etc.), Hyundai Motor Company Group (Hyundai Motor Company, Hyundai Engineering & Construction, Hyundai Engineerings, Hyundai Daimos, Hyundai Powerteck, etc.), POSCO Engineering, Coway, Sejong Industrial, eBay Korea, NCSOFT, Interpark, and C&M.

Also, he has, on numerous occasions, provided tax advice to non-profit corporations including the Military Mutual Aid Association, Chung-Ang University, Sungkyunkwan University, and the Assan Nanum Foundation. Further, he has provided advice in a wide range of areas including local tax projects, inheritance/gift/trust matters, M&A, and restructuring-related tax audits.
