Jee Young Lee is a Senior Foreign Attorney admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Yonsei University, a Master of Arts in English Literature from Mississippi State University, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law.

With over 20 years of extensive experience spanning New York and Seoul, Jee has built a profound practice in immigration and real estate law. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (SDNY & EDNY) and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Currently, at Gaon Law Group, she leads strategic support and policy analysis for U.S. Investment Immigration (EB-5) and real estate market entry, providing high-level solutions for clients expanding into the U.S. market.
