Mr. Seunghoon Lee graduated from Yonsei University (LL.B.) and Sungkyunkwan University Law School, and was admitted to the Korean Bar following the 2nd Bar Examination. Throughout his career at the Seoul High Court, private law firms, and the Tax Tribunal, he has accumulated extensive expertise and profound experience in taxation by handling a wide range of tax-related cases. His responsibilities have spanned from drafting various legal documents to composing the initial logic and drafts for judicial opinions and decision notices. Notably, during his six-year tenure as a case officer for the National and Local Tax Divisions at the Tax Tribunal, Mr. Lee managed a diverse array of cases. He also oversaw a total of six Joint Meetings of Tax Tribunal Commissioners, particularly for high-profile cases expected to significantly influence tax administration or lead to the modification of existing precedents.
